QUEENSLAND

Toowoomba, Darling Downs and Lockyer promotion group has a mix of very experienced Dexter breeders and enthusiastic newer entrants to the world of Dexter cattle. That wonderful mix of know-how and enthusiasm are evident whether we are promoting Dexter cattle or socialising with members, and believe me the socialising is as important to us as the breeding.

SUNSHINE COAST

The Sunshine Coast Dexter Promotion Group has active members from just North of Brisbane to Gympie in the North and Kilcoy in the West. Members from over 40 studs contribute to the huge pool of knowledge and experience.

SOUTH COAST QUEENSLAND

The Dexter Cattle Group of South Coast (QLD) encompasses an area from Brisbane in the north to the Queensland/NSW border in the south and west to Beaudesert. This group was founded in June 1993 from a small group of breeders called the Queensland Dexter Club who had been meeting since 1991.

WEST MORETON

West Moreton Dexter Cattle Promotion Group is located in the southeast region of Queensland and includes the areas around Ipswich to the west, Nunango to the north and Boonah in the south. We are a small but dedicated group of Dexter cattle breeders who collectively have and share a great deal of knowledge and experience with dexter cattle.

QUEENSLAND COORDINATING COMMITTEE DEXTER CATTLE BREED SHOW

The Queensland Coordinating Committee coordinates the largest Dexter Breed show in Australia.
